BEATS
I made most of these beats myself, well ok, maybe half of em.The ones I didn’t make are “Cosmic Police,” which was made by my musical mentor, Meta-Rockwell and also had him rappin’ on it. “Flippin’” should be obvious I didn’t make the damn beat for, same with “Tuesday Afternoon Dork Shit.” You know who made those beats. And if you don’t, you got Google. Scotty Sixoh did the beat for “Diamonds in the Rough.” Got some help on “BK in the Back” from the grIMP. “Brain Hurts” was made by Malcolm Kipe for for Se7enGold Publishing. A while back, I sent out a HUGE email and social networking blast for producers to send me all their old beats they didn’t like anymore, and the response was overwhelming. It resulted in “Chitin,” “The Moon”, “Jeighk”, “Fairie Tales”, “Actually...,” “Burnin’ Me”, and “BK in the Back.” Thank you to all those who responded and I hope you enjoy what I’ve done with your beats. Keep sendin’ ‘em, eh?
RHYMES
ONEOFUS raps on “Goldilocks,” Meta-Rockwell raps on “Planets That Rock” and “Cosmic Police.” My dad Gordon as well as DJthree6t play guitar on “Burnin’ Me.” I got GOAT to come through and do a verse on “Hazy Head,” and I got up with Mark Spits for “Brain Hurts.” Oh, and DTOX and IZK of Blunt Force Crew simply kill it on “No Shortcuts.” I recorded more or less this whole thing at Djthree6t’s place, and he does fantastic work. Few, and I mean FEW tech-minded individuals are willing to let me weird out during the creative process the way he did and I don’t think this project would have sounded right without his hand in it, so thank you very much. The cover art was drawn and designed by Mike Lagocki and Djthree6t. CD artwork compiled by April, vinyl artwork compiled by Metawerks.

Mom, Dad, Sister and her kids, the D and D crew, Johnny Appleseed, everyone at PPV, the crew from Old Jack City known as Little Green Apples, Zane Three, all those DK mugs out in Fort Worth, Gangsta Big Mike, EZ Eddie-D, my life-partner April, everyone I sampled who’s gonna want their money someday, Art Love Magic, Rec and Jurah from EPATOMED (everyone knows Saahir beat me in that battle.) Dj Spell, all the k-2 fiends, and last but not least the man who taught me that ALL music is hip-hop, the one, the ONLY, the DRUM GOBLIN!!!
